Our mission is to design a profitable, resilient food production system that combats climate change by rebuilding soil organic matter and restoring degraded soil biodiversity – resulting in both carbon drawdown and improving water and nutrient cycles. At its core, regenerative agriculture is simply farming in harmony with nature, not fighting it. It's no secret that farming is only getting more challenging; increased uncertainty in the global economy and more volatile weather patterns are headwinds for profitable farming. Farmers need a system resilient to these changes. On May 12th, 2022 we experienced the largest single rainfall event ever recorded at the farm. Our regeneratively managed pastured absorbed every inch of that rain and we did not lose priceless topsoil and nutrients to water runoff.
