Meet Your Farmer
My name is Gregory Lewandowski. I began my farming journey in the spring of 2018 when I purchased 120 acres of farmland in Northeast Wisconsin from my grandparents. After decades of dairy farming, they were ready to turn over the reins to another generation. That same year my National Guard unit would deploy to Afghanistan. It was there that I began researching grass-fed beef and the regenerative agriculture movement.
